As Founder and Managing Partner, John M. Manning has spent more than 30 years helping businesses with accounting, taxation, and financial planning. His experience includes proprietary schools, manufacturers, professional practices, and nonprofit organizations. He annually attends the United States Department of Education Federal Student Aid Conference and is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA, licensed in Ohio, Michigan, and Florida.
He previously served on the Board of Trustees for Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley and is a member of the Northridge Optimist Club.

Certified Public Accountant - Business Assurance and Quality Control Partner, Over 40 Years of Experience
John M. Keller brings more than 40 years of accounting experience, specializing in auditing, taxation, government contracting, and quality assurance. He oversees the firm's quality control, performs external peer reviews, and serves as Chair of the AICPA Peer Review Board. He is licensed in Ohio and Montana and is active in professional and community organizations.

Certified Public Accountant - Audit and Small Business Partner, Over 20 Years of Experience
Sandra L. Comer provides accounting, tax, and audit services for businesses and individuals across diverse industries. She leads the firm's government audit division, serving municipalities, schools, HUD-assisted projects, and nonprofit organizations, while also supporting payroll, financial reporting, benefit plans, and business software. Craig L. Steinke, CPA
Certified Public Accountant
Craig L. Steinke, CPA began his accounting career with Manning & Associates CPAs, LLC in 1996 after graduating from Bluffton College with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
Craig is the Manager of our tax department and assists the Partner/Members of the firm in tax research projects and preparation of individual, business, and other income tax returns. He has an array of experience in Federal, multi-State and multi-city taxation.
Craig is a member of the AICPA and OSCPA.
